All projects require a deposit before any work begins, unless stated otherwise in the agreement. Remaining balances are due upon project milestones or completion. Because of the nature of our work, refunds are not granted for completed work. If a project is paused or canceled by the client after work has started, Cobalt Design Studios reserves the right to retain a portion of the deposit for work already performed.
Clients are responsible for providing all required materials, content, and timely feedback to ensure the successful progression of a project. Any delay on the client’s side may impact timelines and deadlines.
While we strive to provide the highest quality of service, Cobalt Design Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in question.
We may use or integrate third-party services and platforms as part of our work, including but not limited to content management systems, analytics tools, scheduling systems, and hosting providers. While we aim to work with reliable and trusted platforms, Cobalt Design Studios is not responsible for errors, data loss, downtimes, or limitations caused by these third-party services. The client agrees that their use of such services is subject to the terms and privacy policies of the respective providers.
Either party may terminate a project or engagement at any time by providing written notice. In the event of termination initiated by the client, the client agrees to compensate Cobalt Design Studios for all work completed up to the termination date. In the event of termination initiated by Cobalt Design Studios, any unused portion of the client’s deposit may be refunded at our discretion. We also reserve the right to terminate any engagement immediately if the client breaches the terms of the agreement, engages in abusive behavior, or becomes uncooperative in a way that compromises the integrity or delivery of the project.
We may update or change these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on this page with the revised effective date. By continuing to use this website after changes are made, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.
